A man from Albuquerque, New Mexico sued Microsoft because of a failed forced Windows 10 upgrade. He demands $600 million in order to compensate his loss. A civil complaint was filed on February 14 by Frank K. Dickman Jr. of albuquerque, according to this complaint he sues Microsoft because of a failed forced Windows 10 upgrade. The lawsuit that is provided gives Redmond a period 30 days to give the man the software or pay the full price.
